Frequently Asked Questions

When do I receive my Ticket?
PICNIC doesn't send Tickets by mail. All our participants receive an e-mail a few days prior to the event. This mail explaines how the collect the bage at the venue

I type in the discount code but the system says there are no tickets available
Discount codes are case sensitive
Beware of blank spaces in the beginning or at the end of a registration code, especially if you copy/paste it

I have requested a new password from the PICNIC Network, but I don’t get an email
Check your junkmail if you have requested a new password from the PICNIC Network

Can I buy tickets for other people on my PICNIC Network account?
Yes you can buy multiple tickets in once, as of the beginning of July you will be able to assign these to other people.

My username already exists
You already have a PICNIC Network account, and cannot use the same email address to make a new one.

I didn't receive a confirmation email
Please check if your payment is finalized. Otherwise please contact Rolinka Kok at rolinka@crossmediaweek.org.

I have registered for a partner event. Can I also attend a conference session?
A ticket for a partner event does not give you access to the conference. If you want to to attend a conference session, you need to buy a 1 or a 3 Day Ticket.

Do I have to register for individual PICNIC conference sessions?
For conference sessions, you don't need to reserve your seat in advance. Only partner events require sign-up to guarantee your place.

Can I get a refund?
No we don't give refunds on the Tickets
