Creative Ecosystems: IPR Lab MAKE!

This Creative Ecosystems: MAKE! session is an intense co-creation workshop. Collaboration is of crucial importance for the creative industry. Agreements and deals are needed to facilitate a successful collaboration; these include tedious aspects such as ownership and intellectual property rights (IPR). In this lab the moderators from TNO will present a status of their, IIP_Create commissioned, research into IPR for the Dutch Creative Industries. The objective of this research is to propose IPR guidelines and “rules of thumb” for constructive collaborations among partners from different backgrounds. You are invited to bring forward pressing issues from your practice and to inform us about ‘good practices’ as well as ‘worst cases’.
