As an interaction designer I work on meaningful interactions between people and systems. In my work I combine technology with images and meaningful concepts. I am co-founder of Grrr Medialab, a design agency for interactive media. Grrr searches for new forms of interaction in projects that are made in a cultural or commercial context. Art, culture and education are keywords. Grrr is considered a key player in the field of interactive media in culture and digital heritage.
During my Masters at the faculty of Art, Media and Technology at Utrecht School of Arts and the prestigious Sandberg Institute I researched the relationship between the professional and the amateur in contemporary digital society, balancing a thin line between authorship and individual expression.
